Our Approach
Rosebud is co-designed by former and current executives for fast-paced professionals. Our team has experience from all walks of life and business, from finance to law, from startups to global organizations, from tech to consulting. We speak your language and we can directly relate to your world.
Digital minimalism
The first objective for the Retreat is for you to be able to be fully present. You will be asked to ease into your stay by unplugging your devices to unwind from the constant pinging and buzzing so that you can begin to reconnect with yourself and your surroundings.
Reflection
Today’s fast-paced environment and always-on culture can take a significant toll on even the most resilient. Occupational stress and burnout, work-life balance challenges, and facing major career decisions and transitions are experiences all but ubiquitous among senior executives.
At Rosebud you will have time to catch your breath.
Physical wellness
Maintaining a healthy lifestyle during a particularly demanding period can feel very challenging. Long hours, stress, travel, limited exercise, irregular sleep and meal patterns can lead to exhaustion and the onset of physical and psychosomatic symptoms.
At Rosebud, your decompression will start with your first deep breath of the fresh Aegean sea breeze while soaking up the Mediterranean sun.
Mental clarity & resilience
The vicious cycle of high-pressure situations and stress can lead to mental exhaustion and detachment, which in turn weaken our defenses. It is not uncommon to experience feelings of inefficacy, irritability and cynicism in these situations, as well as to exhibit stress-induced physical symptoms. Disrupting this cycle is challenging.
The first step toward breaking this cycle is already achieved when you arrive at Rosebud and change your environment and routine.
Passion rekindling
The first casualties during an intense period typically are activities we view as optional and time-consuming.
At the Retreat, your free time and leisure activities are an important component of the program. Your team needs room to breathe, time to reflect and opportunities to explore.
