Maintaining a healthy lifestyle during a particularly demanding period can feel very challenging. Long hours, stress, travel, limited exercise, irregular sleep and meal patterns can lead to exhaustion and the onset of physical and psychosomatic symptoms.

At Rosebud, your decompression will start with your first deep breath of the fresh Aegean sea breeze while soaking up the Mediterranean sun.

Opportunities for outdoors activities abound on Tinos. From exploring the island’s 150km of hiking trails, to countless beaches for swimming, to cycling, scuba diving, surfing and rock climbing, there’s something for everyone.

In preparing your meals, Rosebud’s chefs are guided by the principles of the Mediterranean Diet and use fresh, local produce to create dishes that are full of flavor and nutritional value. Our chefs strive to prepare dishes that participants can replicate at home so that the benefits of the Retreat extend well beyond your stay. Participants are always welcome to join in the preparation of meals as well as in the selection of the produce.

Upon request, Rosebud can organize sessions to explore wellness areas such as exercise, sleep, diet and nutrition and ergonomics, always from a very practical angle. The goal is to help each participant identify the actionable steps that work best for them and to help participants integrate these best practices into their busy lives.
