Your retreat.
Over the course of four days invest in your team’s physical and mental wellbeing, through a series of structured one-on-one and group sessions.
Each day begins with a yoga and meditation session, followed by group reflection sessions facilitated by our specialists. In the afternoons, participants have one-on-one sessions in the areas of coaching, reflection and, upon request, physical wellness.
Evening activities and the option of a day trip to the neighboring UNESCO World Heritage Site of Delos ensure that your team will immerse fully into the experience.

+ How do we get to Tinos?
Tinos is a 30-minute ferry ride from Mykonos (JMK) or a 2- to 4-hour ferry from Athens (ATH), depending on the boat. Ferries run multiple times daily from late spring until late fall.
Please contact us before booking your flights and we will help you find the most convenient itinerary.
+ What about Covid?
The Retreat's setup is ideal for social distancing. The small number of participants and staff, coupled with the estate's extensive open-air spaces ensure that crowding never occurs.
All group and individual sessions are held outdoors as temperatures average >25°C (77°F) from late spring until late fall on Tinos, with at least 12 hours of sunshine daily. Meals are also served outdoors and the private nature of the Retreat's restaurant guarantees full control over health and safety protocols.
May, June and September are not high season on Tinos and beaches as well as the island's picturesque villages are typically not crowded.
