Today’s fast-paced environment and always-on culture can take a significant toll on even the most resilient. Occupational stress and burnout, work-life balance challenges, and facing major career decisions and transitions are experiences all but ubiquitous among senior executives.
At Rosebud you will have time to catch your breath. You will begin to mindfully process the impact of your work on your life and wellbeing. Daily group reflection sessions build on participants’ collective experiences with some of life’s most complex and delicate challenges. With our experts’ guidance participants begin the intimate process of first verbalizing their challenges and over the course of four days start to address them.
One-on-one sessions are also scheduled for participants to explore specific topics in further depth.
Group sessions
Through the Retreat’s intimate group sessions, a realization that the challenges you face are shared by other accomplished professionals can be impactful and therapeutic in itself.
Drawing on the group’s wealth of life experiences, our specialists facilitate themed discussions that allow participants to explore complex issues informed by a variety of perspectives. As you move through this process you are likely to see pieces of your own experiences in those of others and to grow through the growth of your peers.
Within the constraints of the Retreat’s four-day period, group sessions allow for an intensity in the reflective process that cannot be achieved through individual sessions. As part of the group, each participant is able to reap the benefits of the collective breakthroughs achieved, while maintaining a level of individual contribution to the process that is emotionally sustainable.
