Paris is the Clinical Director of Athens Rehab and has over 30 years of experience in physical wellness.
Through his practice, Paris offers a wide range of treatments including physical therapy, personalized wellness programs, orthopedics, pelvic floor therapy, and sports medicine. He regularly advises clients on diet & nutrition, sleep, stress management, and ergonomics.
Specialized in Sports Medicine from the American Sports Medicine Institute (ASMI) Alabama, Paris earned an MA in Exercise Physiology and a BSc in Exercise Science (Physical Therapy DPT) both from the University of Southern California (USC). In recent years Paris became the only practitioner in Europe to be certified as a Pelvic Rehabilitation Practitioner (PRPC) by the American Pelvic Rehabilitation Institute.
A firm believer in lifelong learning, Paris has continued to deepen and broaden his expertise throughout his career. His trainings include acupuncture, biomechanical diagnosis and therapy of the spine, treatment of hand and wrist injuries, shoulder/thoracic/spinal mobilization.
Before returning to Greece, Paris spent 10 years in the US where, among other professional activities, he treated athletes during the 1984 Los Angeles Summer Olympics and managed the Sports Connection health club of L.A.
An expert in his field, Paris is firmly committed to his personal values. Through his work he manages not only to cure but also to infuse his highly ethical approach to his team and to effectively inspire and motivate his patients.
In his spare time, Paris enjoys swimming, skiing, running, diving and golf.
