Jon Passaro
Coach

Jon is a Paris-based professional development coach. Prior to starting his coaching practice, Jon worked in the international dispute resolution practices of top-ranked global law firms and then the in-house legal team at the Organisation for Economic Co-operation and Development (OECD).

Jon decided to pursue a career in coaching when he realized that his most enriching professional experiences involved working one-on-one with his clients to tackle their most pressing problems, and that his greatest reward was seeing their relief once those problems were resolved.

Jon's legal training gives him a unique approach to partnering with his coaching clients to dissect problems and develop solutions tailored to each client's profile and needs. His highly individualistic approach to coaching has allowed him to successfully work with clients in a diverse array of fields, from the arts to entrepreneurship and corporate law.

He is a Member of the International Coaching Federation and an Affiliate Member of the Institute of Coaching at McLean Hospital, a Harvard Medical School affiliate. Jon works in English and French.

Jon completed his undergraduate degree in Philosophy and English Literature at the University of Pennsylvania and a master's in Medieval English Literature at the University of Cambridge, where he was a member of Magdalene College. He earned his law degree from Harvard Law School.

In his spare time, Jon enjoys running, cooking and vinyasa yoga. He is also an avid skier.
