Jon is a psychotherapist working in London. He has written numerous articles about mental health and the City and is co-founder of Moult Coppin which provides consultancy services to organisations in the City.

Before becoming a psychotherapist, Jon spent 20 years as an M&A lawyer in the City, where he was a partner at three preeminent global law firms and regarded as one of the UK's leading company lawyers. He retired from private practice in 2007.

Shortly after retiring from law, Jon returned to psychology, the subject he had studied prior to qualifying as a solicitor. He took an MSc in psychotherapy at the University of London, with clinical training at St Bart's and Homerton University Hospital. Jon is a member of the British Association of Counsellors and Psychotherapists.

In recent years Jon has explored a range of different interests and activities, which have included travel, music, archaeology and the countryside. He has also been involved in a number of non-executive and advisory roles in commercial settings and in the public sector.
